Features of pressure line filters
Introduction: The
pressure filter assembly of the hydraulic line is used to clean the hydraulic oil or fluid in the pressurized hydraulic system. They include a housing head and a replaceable filter element, and are designed for systems with high flow rates and pressures of 1,000 psi or higher. When the pressure filter becomes dirty or clogged due to normal wear and tear, the pressure filter should be replaced. Clean hydraulic oil can reduce the accumulation of contaminants, reduce maintenance costs and extend the service life of system components. They are installed between the pump and the valve and cylinder to protect them from wear and contamination.
