Equipment performance:

1. Particle filtration system: high-efficiency filter material is used as the filter medium, and the super-large filter area design can effectively filter out extremely fine particle impurities, so that the oil can reach a high degree of cleanliness.

2. Coalescing system: The coalescing system is composed of a group of coalescing filter elements. The coalescing filter element adopts a unique polar molecular structure. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger The water droplets then settle down to the water storage tank under the action of gravity.

3. Separation system: The separation filter element of the separation system is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce with each other until they settle into the water storage tank due to gravity.

4. Drainage system: The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to discharge the water until it reaches the lower liquid level, then the valve is closed and the drainage is stopped.
